We are a locally focused property development company committed to improving neighbourhoods through responsible investment and quality design. Who We Are?

Peter Merrifield is a Preston-based property developer with a background in building control surveying and the construction industry, giving him direct technical understanding of construction, building pathology, conversion works and project delivery. 

Northwest Good Living Ltd operates across the Blackpool-Preston corridor, focusing on residential conversion and refurbishment of existing buildings.
